ADMISSION AND VISA Processing Schedule for 2013

Step 1:

• Courier Charges 50 US$ (5,000 Rupees)
• Matric (Copy)
• F.Sc (Copy)
• Photo 12 nos. (Fresh)

After submitting these documents students will get admission letter within 7 days

Step 2:

After admission letter, following documents are required for visa approval letter (JW202 Letter from Chinese Government):

• Passport (Copy)
• Visa approval letter from China (JW202)
  Fee = 250 US $ = 25,000 Rupees
• Service Charges:
  200 US $ = 20,000 Rupees

Step 3:

After getting admission and visa letter, following documents are required for Chinese Embassy:

• Bank Statement (5 Lac)
• Police Certificate
• Physical Exam. Report
  (Duly signed by M.S. of Govt. Hospital and attested by Foreign Office)
  Medical Test
• HIV (AIDS)
• Hepatitis B&C
• Blood Group
• Chest X-ray
  (These tests should be done by AGHA KHAN LABORATORY only)
• Matric & FSC
  (Attested by IBCC & Foreign Office)

Step 4:

After Visa, Expenses in Pakistan before departure

• Liaison Fee   600 US$ (60,000 Rupees)
• Foreign Development Fee 500 US$ (50,000 Rupees)

Student should pay Qurtuba Consultants service Charges and Foreign Development Fee before departure.
